Lincoln & Lindsey Blind Centre,off Bailgate, Lincoln 12.30 - 1.30pm
Held every fortnight. A programme for the blind and partially sighted, designed to be continued at home to improve general movement, using chairs. They also meet from 10am - 3pm for a social day.
Class Types
Kymano Dance Fitness - A cardio workout that combines African beat, latin heat and brazilian moves. Shred those unwanted pounds, get fit and have fun.
Body Conditioning - a programme designed to tone and strengthen all the major muscles in the body to give shape, stability and better body awareness.
The Pilate Ball Workout - A body-conditioning programme designed to improve your stamina, tone and strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility and relax you. A 7” pilate ball will be provided for your use during the class or you can chose to do the class without the ball.
Pilates Fusion - is a combination of exercises which use the principles of pilates to tone strengthen the body, improve flexibility, balance and help relaxation. Body Conditioning - a programme designed to tone and strengthen all the major muscles in the body to give shape, stability and better body awareness.
Total Body Workout - incorporates the body conditioning programme with a section at the beginning to improve the heart and lungs.
The Smooth & Gentle Exercise Class - This class is suitable for all ages and is suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
